Fortunes are kept secret so you have something to laugh at when you receive them! The fortunes are more humorous, with a mixture of standard humour and Australian humour.

There is a big rotating bank of fortunes and they are random – I cannot guarantee which fortunes are in your order.

Generally, no – It doesn’t hurt to ask, but there are no guarantees. I get you might be excited to have your cookies but this is only a one man side hustle!

The fortune messages are not your ‘traditional Chinese’ fortunes and are more humorous with a mix of standard and Australian humour. The fortunes are sometimes so bad you’d be unfortunate to receive them.

All cookies are individually packed in a heat sealed bag to maintain freshness.

We offer the option to include a personalised gift note with every fortune cookie order. If you are sending a gift, remember to include your name at the end of the note so that the recipient knows exactly who to thank.

Not always. The design of the fortune cookie will vary but will contain all the same flavours. Whilst the look might always be the same, the taste will not be compromised! 

Please ensure that you check the shipping information prior to checkout. If your order is still processing then we can definitely update the shipping details of your order. Please note, we are unable to edit billing details once your order has been placed.  

If the product has already been sent and collected the parcel may be deemed undeliverable and returned by the carrier. You will be responsible for re-delivery fees if this does occur. Kneadyboi is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping email that contains your tracking number.

Yes! The most popular option is adding a sticker on the packaging - but please let us know what you have in mind (such as boxes etc) and we're happy to explore options with you.

Please note that we have are extremely inundated with bulk and custom enquiries but unfortunately we don't have the capacity to fulfil all requests. 

We have to really really stress that Kneadyboi is extremely limited in the number of custom and event orders it can accept and the provision of a quote is not a confirmation of booking. Everyone who requests a quote will receive one, but booking slots are not confirmed until full payment is made. 

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to your venue on the day of your event. We only ship the cookies via post. If your venue can accept mail delivery prior to the event date, we can happily ship your order to the venue 10 days prior to the event (as long as they have agreed to accept it!).

If you reeeeeally want delivery to the venue on the day, a same day courier may be arranged at your own expense.

Look, this might be a fun way to shit stir your mates but it’s not a fun way to spread hate speech. I reserve the right to cancel your order or replace your fortunes with generic fortunes if your fortunes, in any way, convey any hate speech or has the potential to cause harm – for example: racism, sexism, transphobia or homophobia.

The messages are single sided black print on white paper, font size 8 and using our standard typeface. The size of the fortune paper is 56 mm x 16 mm. 

You are able to write as many custom messages as possible!

Turnaround varies on a variety of factors, such as quantity required, complexity of the order and how many other orders we are working on at the same time.

As a general rule, we require at least 14 days notice for a custom order.

Unless advised (and discussed) otherwise, orders are dispatched via Express Post around 10 days prior to the event.

We have a HUGE selection of flavours you can choose from. There is a minimum of 25 cookies per chosen flavour.

Once you receive your cookies please store them in a dark and dry location until the event. Please DO NOT refrigerate. Any exposure to moisture or humidity will cause the cookies to go soft and stale.
