Unfortunately, no. There is no way of being able to easily identify which cookie contains what fortunes. 

I would like to order more than one box

It is strongly advised to include a gift message for each recipient if you are ordering multiple boxes for different people. Without a gift message, it will be difficult to determine which box corresponds to each recipient.
